Train was late so I missed picking it up before they closed. I email customer service and told them I would like to pick it up in the morning. They responded promptly saying that it was ok (I had prepaid online). I picked up the car in the morning and they were very friendly and helpful in getting me my rental. I was upgraded for free to a BMW 530X because they were out of cars in the class that I had rented in. Most of there cars newer. I would recommend renting from Sixt.

Use Sixt regularly ... costs a bit more but worth it as they have newer cars and never had any problems

1 hour late due to the flight delay and your reservation is canceled without any call or notification. Comment from Sixt representative: That's your problem, we have no cars for you. That's what I call "customer oriented" services. Bravo, go on.

Entire experience was wonderful renting a Mercedes E220 from Sixt at the Dusseldorf Bahnhof. Only issue was where to buy the vignettes for Czech Republic and Austria as employee did not know. They are available before and after border rest stops on A17. Thanks again
