Most surprising story happened to me here on September 2014. Without informing me previously, hotel staff decided to downgrade me to another room and while I was away they entered in my room, took all my clothes and stuff from the closet and put them in another room . They didn't ask for my key either, therefore when I entered in what I thought my room was I saw another people's stuff in there just after having had a bath. It took me a while to understand that weird situation and I almost ran into complete strangers in my room. When I complained in the reception desk, hotel staff consider this something normal. No comments. Crazy place. Surroundings where very beautiful. The chestnut trees are beautiful as well as horse facilities around.
