Disappointing experience. Reception staff need more training in customer service. Locked me out of room after first night with belongs inside while out for dinner because reception made a mistake during checkin! Rather than apologise to me, tried blaming me despite acknowledging was hotels mistake! Rude and unprofessional.
Also rooms small, wifi poor, and no laundry service during weekends.

Service is great, staff is extremely friendly and understanding. My girlfriend's card was lost last year and they replaced it immediately without any problems. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly and are careful of your possessions.
