The rooms are very hot had to open my windoes which dont have grates or screens to them but otherwise pretty decent

In general I'm highly satisfied with my stay, personnel, room condition, sauna and food. Disappointing things were: we booked a taxi to the airport from the reception, but it was taken by another guests (as we were told). Another taxi of a proper size (minivan for 5 persons) came in 20 minutes. I would perfer a guaranteed driver with my room number in his hands in the lobby.
I would also definitely like to know about my advantages (for unlimited internet access for example) at check-in, not at the check-out like this time. OK, the lady who checked me in were a trainee, so that's understandable. I wouldn't like if you put penalty on her. She was really friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel just half kilometer away from the centre and at the end of Konigsallee which is a street full of nice shops. Good service and good breakfast.
