The rooms are quite spacious, as opposed to the typical name that Mercure carries. The service was good and the staff was courteous. However, this place is next to a busy road and hence you might have a noisy morning, if your room is on the road's side. Also, the location is amazing and quite close to Hauptbahnohf.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. We stayed for two nights in a privilege room, a little bit dated but perfectly fine for a weekend break. Service by the staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Just arrive in the check in they force you to leave 50€ or your credit card in case that you don't pay something.When you book the room this is also not specified. What kind of trust the Mercure Hotel shows to their clients? None, not happy at all.

My room is fairly nice, spacious. It has a safe inside the room but no key available. They do have safety deposit boxes at the front desk so that is okay. Very close to the subway so it's easy to catch the train or walk to the old town. Also pretty good food near by. Would stay here again.
