Richtiges old school center. Wer das Eisen liebt, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Nichts für Wellness und Cardioliebhaber. Aber sonst top😁.

Ein Fitnessstudio für jung und alt. Vom Inhaber betrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bin seit über 30 Jahren in diesem Fitnessstudio und zu frieden. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent gym with great facilities and in an amazing location. Very friendly staff who are always available to give advice and help when needed. I would recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you like unique, old school vibes.

If you are meathead in Dusseldorf on vacation this is the gym for you. Owner was really nice and gave me a great weakly rate. It was amazing it was like I had gone back into a time warp in a good way. There was a chalkboard with the upcoming major bodybuilding dates reminded me of pumping iron, lots and lots of useful equipment, plenty of weight, and oh my god what a wall of fame.
