Hello All, just made a booking today with Sixt Kostablerwache but with a very bad experience.
1. I made the booking this morning and got ready to pick up the car (10.28).
2. On 10.36 a cancellation was made, but I saw it only when I almost reached the center as this was per mail. So no call was given.
3. After calling them to ask for an explanation, very RUDE, the gave me the answer that the Airport needed the cars so my reservation was cancelled.
4. I asked for a solution but none was available, perhaps because at the airport they could get the rental for better prices.
All the advertisement that they make on good service, it is all fake. It is all about who is paying more, without keeping a eye for regular customers.
Very very disappointing experience, specially also that the customer service did not do their utmost best to find a way.
I hope others will not have the same experience.

The location in-town is extremely convenient. The staff is polite and competent. The cars are clean and in good condition. Pickup and drop-off are quick and easy. Sixt telephone service underway is helpful. Prices are competitive. All positives, no negatives.

Generally poor service in terms of car availability and returns. Ordered a premium sedan and got "upgraded" to an Opel minivan, with no other options given.
Returned the vehicle after hours with a full tank of petrol and was charged 25 euros for fuel. Be warned....

Even though didn't get the car I booked online, but get the upgrade to my booking for compensation! Efficient nice service, the parking lot in Westin hotel is also convenient to redeliver the car. I will choose Sixt as first priority in my next trip to Germany!
