I have selected specific car category, but they have given me other one not the same category it was smaller.
Example I have selected 4 doors and the given was 2 doors and too small comparing to what I have booked online.
This is really disappointing and provided services should be accurate.

I had a reservation here but had a flight delay and they called me to inquire and graciously helped by waiting after hours!

My last rental experience from 31May2017: At first I was offered a small 3 door mini because nothing else was left in the category I selected. After telling the lady at the office that for my 11 day trip I really need at least a 4 door car as in the class I booked, she offered me a free upgrade for a 7-seater VW Sharan! Plus it was a diesel which was cheaper on the fuel and the Sat-NAV was included as standard as usual of late with my SIXT rentals. To say that that was very nice would be an understatement! Well done for the continued great service!

My husband and I rented a car here back last month and I can't believe I'm writing this review so late! We had such a great experience with a lovely lady named Ms. McLea - she was such a gem! It was 6AM when we arrived; she was cheerful, cordial, professional and made everything so easy and convenient.
If we ever go back to Germany and Frankfurt specifically, we'll definitely rent from this Sixt again!
