My room was fine although the tv didn't work. I only stayed one night. All of the public spaces were dirty and not maintained. There were also guests who were incredibly noisy throughout the night and staff did nothing to calm them down. I have stayed at other hotels by this chain and they were pleasant experiences. I will not return to the Offenbach hotel.

It was an ok motel for the price we paid for. Tough, we requested a non-smoking room during the booking, and we dit ge a smoking room. No other room was available. Besides that it was ok for a night, but not a motel to return.
