Good location, but in an upcoming area of the city, so not great if you like staying out late. Breakfast and fast internet not included (basic internet provided). Rooms were small, bathrooms even smaller, but gets the job done if you are just sleeping there. Walls were very thin, could hear everything going on in rooms above, next to me, and across the hall. The service was overall great, very nice employees there. ATM right outside, but probably safer to just walk to the trainstation. Several decent places to eat nearby.

Stayed here for one night as my family and I were starting our trip home that included flying from Frankfurt Airport. We arrived mid-day and left early morning on the next day.
HIghlights:
* Staff was responsive and helpful
* Room as a bit small but it did not feel too crowded for two adults and two children
* The main Frankfurt train station is right across the street
Downsides:
* Phones did not work when we were there
* The neighborhood immediately around the hotel is not the greatest. Didn't feel unsafe but it was just very busy.
* The price was a bit high, than again it is Frankfurt
Overall: The hotel was nice but should stay somewhere else if we could find a cheaper option.

Stayed in the compact single room. Thought it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and in an excellent location! The breakfast was hearty too. The price was on the higher side though, considering it was during the book fair.

Excellent location and good value for money. Safe private parking was a real essential in this busy location.
The room was comfortable and of a good size. There was a couple of small issues. The kettle was in a dangerous condition as the lid hinges were broken and could have led to scalding. We used our own kettle. The toilet cistern push button was loose on the wall, but not really a problem. The electronic safe in the room went wrong on the first night and we had to get staff to open it so we could get our car keys out. The safe was not repaired during our further 4 nights stay.
The room service cleaned our room daily and left clean towels every day. The TV had English channels on it but not ITV. This really wasn't a problem though as we weren't there long enough to watch much TV.
In general we would recommend this hotel for short city breaks and we would definitely return if we come back to Frankfurt.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel during our holiday in Germany.
Even though the location of the hotel may not be in a good neighbourhood (being near Frankfurt central train station), we still felt safe during our stay. The hotel location make it easy to travel within the city as well as using it as a base to other cities. There are plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarkets, etc along the same street.
The room may not be big but functional. The room have all the necessary amenities like kettle and complimentary coffee and tea bags, complimentary bath amenities, safe, etc.
One negative aspect is the design of the shower cubicle. Water tends to spill out onto the bathroom floor during shower.
Overall, it is a good stay.
