I always wanted to try crossfit and I feel so lucky I've found this box! After a bit more than half a year of training (even with some pauses), I can say that on my 30s I'm the fittest I've ever been.
The trainers are amazing and very helpful and the atmosphere is superb. Is impossible to get bored, you will never do the same workout and you will always improve.
The only thing, make sure is for you! Is very tough and you will get the sorest muscles you will ever experience... but, if you pass the first stage, then you will become an addict!
Thanks to the CFAM crew, I wish I would've known this sport long ago! However, is never too late!!

Totally changed my approach to fitness. After ten years of going to the gym on my own, I've been going to CFAM for about 10 months. The combination of high-intensity work outs, competent coaching, encouraging people and fun translates into better results than I had ever accomplished before. Best fitness decision I've ever made.
