Some workers are without empathy or actually simply unbelievably not competent to do their jobs. The politics of FF are absolutely not customer friendly...Better search for smaller, cleaner and warmer studio.

Der Club ist wirklich schön und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. ABER: Der Service ist wirklich eine absolute Frechheit. Von unberechtigten Abbuchungen bishin zu völlig willkürlichen Regelungen zur Mitnahme von Personen absolut lächerlich. Schade, es könnte sonst wirklich der beste Club in FFM sein. Aber das liegt sicher auch an der Hauptverwaltung, die faktisch nicht existent ist.

Stay away! The gym is dirty, the dumbbells are falling apart and the staff members seem to have a chip on their shoulders. This is by far the worse gym that I've ever used.
