Great service and discounts. I used them many times and was always happy. I will reuse the service again very soon. Highly recommended to my following Australians.

Disappointing experience. We had used Enterprise in other German cities without problems before but this was the worst by far. Booked and paid for a car rental for 10am, but they informed us just shortly before 10am that the car would not be ready until 4:30pm. We agreed to wait since we had already paid for the car.
When we finally got the car, it was not the class of vehicle we had booked - a Ford C Max is not the equivalent of a Volkswagen Passat Combi, despite the service staff insisting that they are the same. On top of that, it was dirty and we had to ask for it to be vacuumed properly.
The service staff also asked if we wanted to pay for the add-on of a GPS despite the fact that the car already came with a built-in GPS.
In the past, we had always opted for Enterprise despite the higher rental charges, because we felt that their service and offerings were of higher quality than other rental companies. However, this experience has made us reconsider whether we will want to use Enterprise again in the future.

I should have read the contract before renting! The rental was supposed to be 90€ (my online reservation), but they added on an extra 18€ for driving in another country, 40€ for theSwitzerland pass, and 20€ to forward me a citation... It's dishonest and bad business practice for them to conduct business this way. I will rent from Europcar next time

The guys speak English. They try to sell you a bunch of other stuff. Accept only credit cards (not sure).
