Completely hustle free service. Car was ready when I got there and with providing your details online you can just sign, get in the car and leave. Car selection and status was excellent.

Very bad customer service. The cars are great but the service is just awful; very unfriendly staff. But good option for getting from A to B. Nevertheless, I am going to choose a competitor next time.

We were running late in picking up the car and the location was to close. When we called the employee graciously offered to wait for our arrival. Upon our arrival the service was warm and helpful. In addition the vehicle was a brand new BMW 2 series.

They didn't have a car that I requested, they offered another option, but I asked if they have something else...at the end I ended up with diesel universal, which was clean and turned to be very economical. There were no unexpected payments, as I read the rules carefully! I do recommend to call them beforehand and clear all the questions if any.
