Positive: nice location (but not that good if you go by car), helpful personal
Negative: probably this hotel is good for old people, but I would not come again: this was the first time I smelled "home for old people" - normally I'm no sensitive at all. But even the towels stank awfully. The breakfast was OK but not great - just normal. My room was OK, but also nothing special. Old fashioned. But no luxury at all, whereas I would expect at least a little luxury for that price.
Also you should ask in which house of two your room is located. In my opinion there is big difference if you are in the same house as the restaurant and you have a view to the square and church in comparison to having a view to a small street (if you will see something at all - I couldn't) and have to go round the house to access the square and the restaurant.
