Sehr kompetenter, unbürokratischer und hilfsbereiter Service! Wir konnten innerhalb von 10 Minuten ein Auto in München für unseren Sohn mieten. Vielen Dank an Sixt Hamburg und München!!!

I am a danish engineer working in switzerland, Once a month I go to Denmark to visit my daughter so far I didnt have problems with renting cars in Hamburg. But when I rented a Fiat from sixt at the Hamburg Bahnhof there were many problems. I didnt want a Fiat but that was all they had, and off course this one had winter tires and I had to pay extra for that although I didnt order this? I also had to pay extra because of the location at the train station? Once on the road the problems started and the engine didnt fire on all cylinders, I called and complained. they promissed to sent someone to my danish adress, no one showed. I didnt use the car for 3 days because it kept stalling. Back in hamburg The guy in charge was really arrogant and couldnt care less about my problems, he didnt believe me when i told him there was a problem with the car. I dont understand this kind of bad service since I am great customer and rent cars 8-10 times pr. year I still had to pay full price of course. I will never rent here again.
