Spent a week in Hamburg using this as our base to sleep and have breakfast. Close to everything you need to entertain a family, and within walking distance of trains, tubes and buses serving the whole city. Staff are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Breakfast selection was more than adequate to have something different each morning, and you can help yourself again and again. Served from 6 until 10am for early and late risers. Room was cosy but not small, with a double and bunk beds and en-suite with great shower, TV, Wi-Fi. There is no bar or restaurant but we chose it because of that. You can get snacks, beers and coffee from the vending machines. Fantastically clean all over. Free parking with the room. I will certainly use this place again when I return.

Your standard b&b hotel with clean comfortable beds. One thing that was extra good though is that was really quick to check in and out since you can get the code to your room via text. All in all a good experience if youre only spending the night in hamburg.

New rooms, good but limited breakfast, free parking and WiFi. Good value for money.

Poor breakfest, no lounge, always cold room without heating and worst elevator button ever... Problematic or totally lack of internet, bad room service
