Good value. Clean and quiet. Near Wasserlichtenkonzerte. Excellent vegan restaurant (Happen Pappen) only 300m. Already Maedchen beer bar nearby.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were also nice and helpful. What I didn't like that much was the design of the building. While it is a refurbishment of an old building, the experience of entering it and checking in is not great. The reception desk is too close to the entrance, and there is no proper transition space, despite the availability. There is too much transparency and not enough privacy. There isn't a journey. It's a desk in the hallway. The journey from the reception to the lifts is a huge disappointment, and so is walking from the lift to the room. There isn't a wow factor, and it feels outdated despite the obvious recent building works. These are obvious design flaws, and not so great eye for detail of the designer is consistent throughout the building.
