Clean, spacious, updated rooms. Good breakfast buffet, convenient location. Service professionally oriented, but humanely not ao warm or welcoming

Good,room was fine, rather expensive though and breakfast was stupidly expensive at 25 euro. Room was nice though,but didn't very long you experience it this trip

Lovely place to stay in Hamburg!! Stayed there recently!! The breakfast is awesome and they can tailor make individual items too!! The only downside is the location!! Taxi ride to the city can cost you about EUR 20-25

Good hotel but it can be improved. Overall clean but pillows very dirty and with human hair everywhere. For a 4 star hotel it could be better.

Exceded our expectations of a business type hotel. The staff were exceptional - not only efficient but friendly too. Breakfast was included and very comprehensive.
