Was there for a seminar. And had a good stay. Just a few steps from Hamburg Main Central Station.

Clean rooms, good service, central location accessible to most of the city. Would recommend for casual/overnight travellers.

Very nice hotel. Extremely convenient. Within a spitting distance from the central train station.

Good hotel near the train station. I would prefer to have parquet floor instead of the carpet, but that is not the reason you stay here. The location is fantastic and as a plus you get a city ticket with free public transport in Hamburg.

The hotel is really nice. Perfectly situated right next to the main station with a direct connection to the airport. The rooms are nice with big windows and functional interior. The personal at the check in desk is very friendly and it was extremely efficient. In the room you have a small TV and a very small bar. The breakfast buffet is decent with excellent tea selection and the usual choices in northern German buffets (meat, cheese, fish, eggs).
Opening the room door needs some interesting probing until you figured it out. A manual on the card or door would help. Also strange to be woken by the room service personal on the day I check out. I would have guessed they would wait until I left. Finally, the wireless language in the room does not really deserve the name. I don't think my emails have replicated yet after 24 hrs.
All in all a good place to stay for short stop overs.
