From the outside, this is a most disappointing place to arrive at after a long day. Many of the retail outlets around the ground floor are closed and give the place an unloved feel, which is only emphasised by the small reception area. The staff are friendly though. It is all forgiven though, even after the glacial wait for the lifts, by the amazing rooms. Big, bright, clean with amazing far reaching views. I was a little wary of the balcony though. No bar in the restaurant when we were there either.

Terrible sound insulation！There is a door inside the room which separats two guest rooms.I just got a normal call with colleague at night, the neighboir guest knocked heavily on the inside door to complain my voice loud. Even lower the voice, we can even hear each other from the door. Feel impolited！
