Das Zimmer war klein aber ordentlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Reception staff had an evident dislike for the English. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. We were given a wake up call at 7am on the 1st day that we didn't ask for. Politely asked reception staff to cancel any further wake up calls, to which we were met with contempt and told quite rudely that there was no wake up calls registered for us anyway, yet this morning we get a wake up call at 05:30! Should have been here another night, however, we are leaving to stay elsewhere. If it's customer service you are after, avoid this hotel like the plague!

An OK hotel with friendly staff, clean, modern and good location. But our room was small with only one light in the corner by the room entrance so didn't illuminate much of the room. curtains that's didn't properly fit the width window and kettle with a broken lid that wouldn't stop boiling.

(Breakfast) not good and expensive
(Shower ) you gotta wait for 10mins for hot water coming out
(Room) dusty
(Place) at least 15mins to station
(Near hotel) car noise , no supermarket
Doesn't deserve 1 star

We got the room for disabled people... There is a small underground garage. Don't even try to enter with a big car. The staff was very nice and helpful. The Metro is very close.
