My wife and I have been going there for the last 10 months. This was our first crossfit experience and we both are now hooked. I am a former collegiate level basketball player used to high level training and have really come to love crossfit and the crossfit community. The classes at west gym are tough and challenging but doable. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help me with deficits and to improve. The people at the box have become like a second family for my wife and I, here in a foreign country. Everyone is positive and really pushes one another. The atmosphere is both competitive an collaborative. We have made new life long friends thanks to our great experience at the box. Both my wife and I have seen a real transformation in our bodies and in our lives. Thanks Andre for everything.
