Really good food. But the service was bad. The reserved table was not available, therefore the requested decoration for a birthday was missing at all, which should have been a surprise. We had to wait 10 minutes to get another table. Finally at the table it took 25 minutes for a waiter to take our orders. After that, it was OK. The food and drinks came within 15 minutes or so.

I think the waiter thought I gave him a stink eye or something. the waiter came to our table after 20min and my wife's order arrived after 10min but my food arrived after 1 hour. Food was good though giving 2 stars because the service was slow.

Had the koz urfa plate with a friend.
It's 15€ each which is a fair price I think keeping in mind that it was a huge plate that we couldn't finish.
The meat was delicious smelled and tasted a bit like it had been grilled on a BBQ (I think they put it an oven with like real fire with wood etc so that's where the taste comes from) which is really nice. The meat that I had was cooked perfectly, I'm not too much of a meat fan but this was a very nice place to eat at.
Just one thing put me off, there was a crying baby on the other table. But I don't want to make them responsible for a baby, so it's been a very nice and very filling meal.

This place is the DREAM restaurant for anyone coming to Hamburg! Amazing food, wonderful service, and affordable food for the portion size! I had the Köz Urfa Plate, which is the best Turkish food I've had my whole life! It's also the best decorated of any Turkish place I've ever been to. Would absolutely recommend!
