Wirklich coole Truppe - Neulinge und Besucher (wie in meinem Fall) werden unglaublich offen begrüßt. Integration funktioniert hier super ;-)
Training ist auf gewohnt hohem (Crossfit) Niveau. Der Trainer, welcher uns in der Stunde begleitet hat, war auch super nett.
Kann es nur empfehlen! :-)

Came here as a guest while visiting a conference. The group is extremely nice and welcoming. Jan was my coach for the WOD and he made sure I knew the workout and spent time helping me during the skills work. I picked up a few things that I'll bring home.
