The functional training section is the best i could find in all the low cost fitness centers around hannover. With the free dumbell and barbell section and the casual machines and circles, it is basically impossible to not make any personal progress with your body. In my opinion the studio has a wide range of possibilities and offers anything you need. The studio itself is like a loft on 2 levels and has a very good AC, which most gyms lack big time. Coming here and simply entering the reeeeally big changing room just makes you feel very free and motivated. I feel like the trainers really do their best to match your interests and they do take their time to assist you. I would recommend the studio for everybody who just doesnt wanna get a good pump on the surface, but actually wants to improve their bodies in means of deep inner muscle function. Of course nobody can take the work away from you but here i think you have the real good chance to really make your body work again like mine after surgery, or just get the athletic body you've always wanted.

Too bad! I'm an international student and I'm going back to Asia for my summer holiday, I made my contract in March and before I signed the contract, I asked them if it's ok for me to make a break during my holiday and they said YES, but now they are refusing to make a break on my contract and the reason was it's not allowed to make a break just for holiday! I'm just a student, I can't pay 60 euros for nothing, it's a cheating, if I had known that it's not allowed then I wouldn't have signed the contract. They lied to me, they are bullying international students.
