I'm 1.87m and the room and bathroom were too small. I could hardly move in the bathroom. I would recommend other hotels in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

Nice, clean rooms. Service was quick. Reception was helpful with luggage and check ins. WiFi was patchy though. Breakfast was decent too.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hiedelberg Isis. The staff helped us with a number of requests in a very efficient and timely manner. The room was super clean and we enjoyed the walk into the old town from where we were situated. We didn't notice any train noise although we were on the other side of the hotel and we felt at home during our stay. Thank you to the staff at the Hiedelberg ibis!

Had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As the reviews state the rooms are small but it is enough to sleep and get some work done. One big minus: there are no plugs next to the beds. It was a bit noisy due to the train station but there were no problems with the windows closed. The air conditioner was a bit noisy too but kept the room nicely fresh. Internet is a bit too slow to watch videos in higher quality and the upload is just bad. It took me over 2 minutes to send one picture to my friends and family. The parking situation was not ideal when I got there. Even the back parking was almost full. But overall it was a good experience.

Really good for business trip. The rooms in front of station are not so quiet (it is ok if you leave windows closed). The rooms in front of street are quiet during the night. Some bathrooms are really small, but seems there are rooms with larger bathrooms (ask them before the reservation)
