DEFINITELY NOT PREMIUM IN ANY WAY

This gym is the result of a lack of local competition. Very expensive for very little value..but hey, what choice do you have?

-over priced
-poor air conditioning.. The whole room is sweaty
-crowded machine layout
-no water.. Astounding considering the cost
-impossible to try gym for a day unless planning to pay 18 euros up front.
-extremely rigid membership rules

Cannot say anything about instructors, but the reception desk staff and management has been rude and unprofessional from the moment I signed the contract. Be prepared that they'll misinform you on cancellation policies and come up with a bunch of fees once you decide to terminate your subscription.

Don´t join to this gym. I was a good customer in Pfitzenmeier Heidelberg for more than five years. On February 2016, I changed my bank account and my nightmare started with them. Since then, Pfitzenmaier did not book properly the money from my account. On April I transferred the missing money to them and I tried to clarify my bank account data again. On May, they booked properly the money ,but after this they stopped. I went for summer holidays and when I came back to Heidelberg on the end of July I saw two letters from them telling that I should pay or I will be in problems. Immediately I talked to somebody in Pfitzenmeier Heidelberg, he promised to fix the problem in few days, but I never heard about him again and one week later Pfitzenmeier cancelled my contract and I got a letter from “Amtsgericht Stuttgart” telling that I should pay the missing money and extra fee of more than one hundret euros. I tried to talk to the staff in Pfitzenmeier Heidelberg, all of them were useless. I contacted to the customer service by phone and email, again useless staff. I did not know what to do, so finally I transferred the missing money and there months in advanced until the cancelation of my contract and I sent official letters explaining the situation to “Amtsgericht Stuttgart” and to the customer service. Some days later I got an official letter that everything was paid. When I thought that this nightmare was over, on October I got a new letter from Pfitzenmeir saying that more money is missing. I tried to clarify the situation with the customer service, but they do not understand anything, their answers are stupid because they only repeat the same sentences again and again. Nobody has apologized for wasting my time and effort. I only can say that they are an unprofessional and useless team.
