Robbery in broad daylight, unprofessional and no regards what so ever for customers. Please stay away!
What can I say, right from the time I picked up the car to the time I dropped off, was the worst experience ever for a person who have been living in Europe for several years and renting cars frequently.
My wife and me were taken aback from the stinking urine smell inside the car at the time of receipt. The marks indicated on the car during check in had no connection to the actual damages on the car. When informed to the field representative, he made some note on his tiny note pad and that was it ( my biggest mistake for not having documented it properly)
We had to drop off the car at 5am as we had an early morning flight and hence could not get an check out inspection done. The next day I was shocked to receive a mail from their customer care saying that they had identified damages to the car and that they have evaluated it to be 848€. Unbelievable and shocked! As I had no accidents during use and I always parked the car in parking complexes. What was even more surprising is how they evaluated such a high amount for some minor scratches for a low grade car. After several attempts to contact them via mail and through their hotline have not received a single call back. So much for valuing customers.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Schlechteste Autovermietung ever...alles kompliziert und wird in die Länge gezogen...immer wieder neues Personal...nervig!!!!!

Mir wurde ein Schaden angelastet, ohne mich zu informieren, was der Schaden ist oder wie ich ihn verursacht haben soll. Es kam einfach eine Rechnung über 480 Euro. Teurer Wochenendausflug.

Super nettes Team vor Ort, jedoch wartet man auf die Rückerstattung der Kaution wenn man mit EC zahlt. Eigentlich 3-5 Werktage, muss jetzt der Kaution "hinterher rennen"
