Nothing special. My door card needed reprogramming three times in 5 days stay.
Food was very average and was not offered my change twice when buying drinks from the bar.
Rooms were OK. Not good value for money though. You can find many better services than this for cheaper.

its under revnewation so hard to judge at this stage that way jsut gave full marks because am sure it will be much better than today

Hotel fairly good, bathrooms were being renovated whilst there, so was work noise in the day. My bathroom was the old one, which isn't bad, at least the shower is powerful. The room itself is smart. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good. WiFi was free but rather slow. It was just enough for low resolution YouTube, clearly trying to force you on to the premium offering. It's near the excellent gardens, well worth visiting whilst you stay.

I could have given 2 stars.. working in progress by 9am to 7 pm. Restaurant food not worthy of mention.

Nice and clean rooms, in summer usable air condition. Sometimes expensive, if rooms are soon occupied. The position is very good, some available free places for parking.
