Lieber ein paar Meter weiter zur Hertz Autovermietung gehen. Dort ist jeder gut aufgehoben und der teurere Preis bei Hertz lohnt sich definitiv.
Trotz vorheriger Kontaktaufnahme und Nachfrage war bei enterprise nicht das passende Fahrzeug vor Ort und es gab auch keine kurzfristige Alternative. Das ist jetzt schon der zweite enttäuschende Besuch dort und es wird der Letzte gewesen sein. Nächstes Mal geht's wieder zu Hertz!

i have tried twice that they canceled my booking last min (usually within 24hrs) when i rented car for my weekend trip. imagine u booked hotels and everything else but u lost ur rental the last minute. turned out i rented at the airport with much higher price. they said they have limited automatic cars so that happen very often. plus they said their online system is not well maintained, so it allows u book something that doesnt actually existing in their stockings.
never gonna trust them again
