They are cheating with the insurance! If you pay for the full casco it doesn't mean that it covers all damages! NOT FOR YOU, guy! you still should pay more then 1000 EUR if something happens!
In the standart tarrif they incluede 250 km per day, but they didnot record the milage neither when we got no when we returned the car. And now I've got a bill +100EUR for the additional 10 000 km!!!!! I took car for 3 days (incluading 750km) and spent less then 700 km! WHAT THE HELL?????? NEVER AGAIN!!!! IT'S THE WORST RENT COMPANY!!!!

Schlechster kann es nicht sein. A booked a car with them for a long time period. The price promised was not what I had to pay. I could not cancell my contract and I had to drive from Mainz to Munich to pick up the car. I was oblied to make the most expensive Versisherung EVER and they answer my mails always 7 or 8 days later making everything slow and confusing.

We booked the car and preferred automatic transmission. No car available at that time for our price. We have to pay double price from the initial booking if we want so we cancelled the reservation. Every plan for weekend is destroyed.

Sixt in Mainz is definitely my choice to rent a car, the service is above standards and everybody does an extra mile to help or inform in everything. The only reason to give 4 stars and not 5 is just because during the booking process, that I did in advance and requested insurance, I was only given third party insurance and on delivery I was informed that my vehicle had no insurance and had to pay extra. Anyway is a common practice in all car rentals in Germany, we just have to be aware of it, but is worthy to rent with Sixt, the serviceis superb! Congratulations.
