Everything you need in a crossfit box, the staff is really friendly, and there are all the equipments you need. I was there for work, I hope I would be able to go train there again.

I dropped in to visit these guys today. Super friendly staff and athletes. Knowledgeable trainers. Great space. Made me feel right at home. If you are in Mainz you have to check it out!

I came to Mainz for work, I was looking for crossfit and I'm glad I came here. I loved this BOX. Simon is very knowledgeable and the community is great, they make you feel like one of the crew. I'd recommend this place to all crossfiters and also for those that just want to workout and meet nice people.
