New and fully equipped. Rate is extremely cheap at 15€ per month. [edited from 5 star to 1 star review because I found out when I left that it is nearly impossible to cancel the subscription, in the end it was not really worth it, but if you never plan to cancel or don't mind if it is hard and takes time, may still be worth it for you.]

Clean, spacious with plenty of gym equipment and numerous training classes held weekly. In short, great value for money.
