Smooth pick up of our vehicle. Easy to find. Friendly staff. We arrived early and were helped quickly.

This has to be one of my most horrible experiences at a car rental. Your staff at this branch is very rude and doesn't give a damn about customer service. The lady who checked me in was a perfect example. She doesn't know how to greet and smile to a customer. She was rude when I asked her questions about insurance (I was visiting from the US) and when I took some time to think about it and turned my back, I could hear her talking to her another lady colleague (clearly talking about me in German so I looked at them) while also giving me looks and smirking. Is this really how Sixt hires their employees? Furthermore, when I received the keys, I was told to hunt around the block and look for the car. It took me 15 mins to find the car which was dirty and what did I get for spending almost 100 Euros? A stick shift Opel Mireva. On the way back when I was driving the engine started to smoke and we had to pull the car over and walk back to this branch. Only this time there were two different dudes who had no idea on how to handle this situation. They told me to have waited by the car until someone came although their branch was 5 min walk from where the car had broken down. To add to it more, they did not provide me with a receipt (even on asking). Instead, I was told to wait until they check on the damage on the car. Really? After paying almost 70 Euros for the "premium" coverage this is the treatment I get? After 3 days of calling, I finally get a bill which has an extra fee of 85 Euros because I did not fill the petrol when "returning" the car. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FILL IT UP IF THE CAR WAS BROKEN DOWN??? For fixing this I again had to call customer service who fixed it for me, but man... what a ride! Needless to say, I am really disappointed in Sixt and will make sure to suggest all my friends and family to go with Enterprise or other named brands. This one really sucks to the core!

No problems with the rental. Went well. Had a better car than booked, for same price :) Can be busy, lack of staff when busy, But expected.

Long queue, unfriendly staff and my car was dirty and heavily scratched. Strongly avoid this branch, Sixt at the airport so much better.

Really bad service.
Had to insist to get the right information manier time. I didnt get the car I booked. Had to pay 260 E to get the full coverage because they upgrade me with a too expensive car, my credit card didnt cover. At the end they told me I also have to pay an extra 50 Euro because they had to cancel my old reservation. They had so much trouble to get answer and with their system it took me 2h to get the car. Worst experience. I will never book with Sixt again. They deal with me as if I was a problem, not a customer. It just make all my family mad...
