Being an avid and a regular client of barre classes in London, I found Sunyard on Google while visiting Munich and decided to walk over to have a look at the place. I was greeted by a lady who stood by the door and said she could hand me a flyer with classes details but could not allow me in because she was alone. I kept looking at her wondering if something was wrong with my appeareance... 2 minutes into our conversation a gentleman walks in and cut our conversation rudely (without greeting or a friendly smile) saying the lady was not allowed to give advice on classes since she was just a receptionist. I smiled politely, handed him my hand and introduced myself only to be told "I dont shake hands". I was motionless by his cold atittude while he repeated again "I dont shake hands at all". After such a rude, unfriendly experience I cannot reccomend the place at all. People in the service business should be, indeed, prepared and willing to shake hands or to offer a friendly smile to a potential client. Bad, bad, bad.

Einzigartiges Studio und der bester Trainer den es gibt, so eine Liebe zu dem was man machst ist eher eine Seltenheit heut zu Tage. Roy (Inhaber+Trainer) liebt seinen Job, er ist so positiv und motivierend und es macht einfach sowas von Spass in diesem Studio zu schwitzen. Man vergisst fuer die Zeit des trainierens alles um sich und fuehlt sich nach dem Sport so gut!
Nur zu empfehlen!!!
