Ich war gestern das erste Mal im My Sportlady. 90 Minuten Spinning bei Thomas. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Hervorragende Räder mit silbernen Klickpedalen (nicht die billigen, wackeligen schwarzen aus Plastik), guter Stundenaufbau, angenehme Lautstärke. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Das Studio ist aufgeschlossen für vegane Ernährung, es gibt viele Geräte und Möglichkeiten zum individuellen Training (Freestyle). Einen kleinen Wunsch hätte ich: Duschbadproben, falls man sein eigenes vergisst. Wie in Yoga am Engel bzw im Fitness First. Danke, dass es Sie gibt. Ich komme wieder.

It's different from a typical gym. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. No music from speakers - I love it. The equipment is not the newest, but the bikes I tried have good software and are connected to the Internet. They have 2 bikes with seats that have back support - super lazy, but perfect for people with back problems. There is an area with mirrors where you can exercise on your own. They seem to have special services for mothers (taking care of children). Also a lot of Yoga around, but have not tried yet. There are two types of sauna, including 90 degrees Finnish sauna that is actually 90 degrees :) So far the best gym I have found in Munich.

The best gym I've been to (and I've been to several, both national and internationally). A very personalised and integral service, huge variety of lessons and very pleasant facilites.
