Nice hotel just outside the wall of the old city and near the train station. Good value. Nice room. Everything was good.

This hotel was undergoing renovation when we arrived, we checked in and were given our room Key, when we got out of the lift many of the rooms on the corridor had their doors open and renovation/decoration going on in them, at the end of the hallway we opened our room door to find unmade beds & towels on the floor, clearly the room had not been cleaned from the previous night!! On reporting back to reception we were given a clean room on another floor with no decoration work & an apology. Nice room, no aircon, but a fan supplied for cooling that was adequate, ear plugs ( for the tram noise outside) that we didn't really need. Free mini bar water & beer was a nice touch. This room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel is close to the town centre and railway station, we were not really comfortable walking back at night under the railway bridge in the dark.
