We went back after few months and we were welcomed again by the same friendly and professional staff from front desk to restaurant. Rooms are very large, clean and well maintained. Again, the breakfast is one of the best breakfast you can get in the whole country. We will visit again soon, as it is nearby Playmobil Funpark and has easy access to U bahn - Subway to downtown Nuremberg.

Restaurant breakfast & lunch awesome. But service there improvable (cleaning table after use takes more than 30min, serving from left instead right, removing plates to early) room service fine. No AC, No power sockets at bed side, just one socket at desk but switched off with room powering with key card removal.
Shower tray is 30cm high !!! Risky for older people good to have a bath tube for little kids.

Decent hotel with standard rooms and standard service level. Our room was sparsely equipped and decorated. A TV, some lights, a desk and a small bathroom with a shower and wash basin. The central AC while in operation was quite loud. Luckily it switched off during night time. No indivual operation or adjustment possible, though. No minibar or safe in the room. Wireless connection worked well everywhere. Friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was above par for this hotel category, with a rich buffet. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. I'd say overall OK for a couple of nights. I would not feel comfortable to comment on room pricing, as I was here for a conference and so the company paid a conference bundle price.
