This fairly large hotel is well located, near many shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, and very helpful. Unfortunately the hotel has lots of wear and tear. The doors, fixtures, furniture - are all very worn down - with many dents, scratches, and places that need paint. The room I stayed in was large, but had some sort of strange, very loud sound that was mechanical that occurred throughout the day and night. WiFi was free and fast. Room service was also fast and easy. This hotel is fine for a budget hotel, but it desperately needs a renovation.

Infrastucture is good. A business hotel in the city centre. Staff a bit "worn out" but friendly. The room is spacious, all necessery amenities in place, WiFi also ok, TV software is outdated.

My husband and I are here for our honeymoon. We brought our wedding certificate to prove it. They provided no upgrades or benefits for us whatsoever. We were told at the beginning when we booked to bring our marriage certificate and we would receive those perks. When we asked they didn't budge. They wouldn't even give us the club package or a free breakfast.
The room and bathroom is beautiful and so is the hotel! Everyone who works here is VERY nice. However we will only get to do this once in a lifetime so we wanted it to be extra special. Travelling from Canada to Germany is quite far and to not receive ANY perks at all celebrating our marriage is a BIG disappointment!!!!
On Wednesday Pablo who worked there had come to us advising that they didn't offer anything for our honeymoon and told us he wanted to grant us access to the club lounge for free food and drinks. This was VERY nice and we are gratful for Pablo....however if this can be done in the middle of the week why couldn't it have been done at the beginning???????

Nice and large rooms, good service and convenient location, within walking distance to the commercial heart of the city and Konstabler Wache, the most important public transport hub in the inner city. Very close to some of the best restaurants in town.

Big and comfortable rooms. Very clean and quiet. Tasty and big breakfast. Big minus for sour coffee both from the jug and from the express. Huge selection of tea.
