I always deal with this office. Many times I get my car upgraded. It happened once to get car with a defective parking system, but it wasn't a problem for me and they responded well when I asked to list the defect on the documents before I leave.

Vorsicht Abzocke! Ungefragt wird eine nicht benötigte Zusatzversicherung berechntet und weder die Station noch die Zentrale ist in der Lage den Mitarbeiterfehler im Sinne des Kunden zu lösen. Einfach katastrophal - Null Sterne für die Station und Hertz.

Fantastic service, helped us with tourist information, let us leave the car there while we toured the city, gave us extra safety vests(requirement per person in Germany/Austria)

Be careful renting a car from here. The staff will downgrade your car, lie about availability of the class you requested and continue offering half truths and barefaced lies. Check everything first or book with another rental firm!
