Klasse Studio, sehr engagierte Trainier. Ich hatte lange Probleme mit chronischen Rückenschmerzen. Der Trainer hat mir hier einen sehr individuellen Plan geschrieben, mit dem ich nun regelmäßig und motiviert mein Training absolviere. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

One of the best gyms I've been to . It's in a nice area and it's open until 23:00 so you can make some move after a hard day at the office. The trainers are cool and most of them speak also English. They have a fitness Program called Milon where all your data are stored on a card and with that card you can exercise 2 circuits with automatic fitness stands that cover all of your body muscles. They also provide nutritional training and you also can choose from a large range of juices, shakes or even beer :) For me it helped. I managed to get rid of 8 kg in 4 Months . They also have a wellness area where you can find Dry Sauna, Wet Sauna, 60% humidity Sauna and Finish Sauna on the rooftop with a Sauna Boy 3 times a day. They also have a chilling area , yoga zone and stretching zone called FIVE. If your not into Fitness they provide also cardio courses on bicycles or different body training courses like Body Combat or Dance/Step. About the membership, they have an option for 6 months or one year , that's how they do it in all over Germany as I heard and they give you some bonuses and prizes from their partners.
