Very friendly and effective. Stylish interior abd superb location by the Danube sbd 5 min walk from the historic city centre of Ulm. Room needed a 2nd clean as we got in which was done swiftly and without any issues. Breakfast buffet was nice but I've seen more diverse ones. Two minor complaints but not wuite five stars because of them.

A decent hotel, the only problem was that they offered no laundry service and no refrigerators in the rooms.... Obviously no microwave sa well.. the staff speaks some English and overall a nice experience.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Great location, beside the river and 500m from a nice shopping center.
