Gaza is great folks. Just great. Serene place with the most beautiful sunsets. Green environment, literally; everywhere is green. Can be pretty dull if you don't have friends. People want that sometimes and besides, it's so easy to meet new friends there. It's a great place to spend your university days.

I stay there for a year. I really liked it. But it's best you rent the apartment with familiar faces or you may have a different experience from mine
