Don't go here! The doors to the balcony couldn't close, so there was a lot of noise from the airco terminals outside. The toilet was leaking on to the floor and no cleaning during the stay.

Hello! The other day when I checked in I forgot to pick up my passport from your hotel printer. Is it possible to pick it up or send it to my address?

Beware! Do not book with this company. They double booked our room and did not tell us until we had already showed up to check in. Then they tried to charge us extra for a different room even though it was their fault they had double booked. Whilst we were trying to sort this mess out at reception, other people staying with them were having problems checking in also, either rooms were not ready or they were not given the rooms they booked! The company is run from Russia and operates accommodation in 7 locations, the girl at the reception had to communicate to Russia via the message service Viber, and had no authority to solve this problem. They ended up kicking us out despite taking payment from us already. This was late in the afternoon and made it difficult for us to find alternative accommodation. Do not book with them! You want peace of mind when you book something that when you show up you will have somewhere to stay.

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport because our flight left at 6 am. This hotel said that it was close so I booked here. I found out shortly thereafter that it was an hour away. When I tried to cancel the reservation way in advance, I was told that I could not and that the entire fee I paid for the room was lost. I was not happy about this and would not recommend this hotel if someone wants to stay close to the airport.

Stayed in their Praxitelous 22 location for 1 night. Cozy room that is reasonably quiet for a bustling area. Main attraction for me here was the lively area (loaded with both day and night life) and its proximity to Syntagma square and the Acropolis. Why the 2 star rating? The management of the room. Sofia at the desk (which is located 1km away from the room) was completely incompetent and apathetic, something that was disastrously highlighted when she failed to explain the building, where our room was located, was locked at night. So, lo and behold, we were locked out when returning from a long day and night out. In calling her to explain our predicament, her laughable attitude towards working out a solution to let us into the building was, amongst other 'ideas', to call other guests to come down and let us in. Fortunately, another resident living in the building was returning from a night out and let us in.
