Reply to Laskaris : IVIS TRAVEL create for you and for your son a nice and well organized island hopping package that gave you the oprtunity to visit Mykonos, Naxos and Santorini. In this island hopping package was included all ferry tickets economy class, arrival and departure transfer in each destination and also hotel accomodation in tourist class hotels including also breakfast daily. When you came in our office you mentioned that you have some walking problems so you can not climb the stairs. We explain to you that in that case you may have some problems in Santorini because in this island the most of the hotels are builded in the cliff of the mountains. So, the most of them have steps, and of cource in that case maybe you will have some walking problems. For that reason we sugest you either to visit other islands or to choose another tourist class hotel which is not so centrall located. And in that case you will still have some steps but not so many like the others. But in that case you will need to take a taxi or public bus when you wish to visit the center of the town. And in that case you deside to book this hotel which is at the exit of the town in Santorini. And when you arrive in the hotel and you understrand that this hotel was not so centrall located you deside that this hotel was not good for you ! And in that time you starting making complains. And you call us in our office in Athens in order to assist you. And of cource immediately we contact with the Reception Manager and they change you room (free upgrade without extra charge) but still you are not so happy about this change and you still making complains.... But even in that case we call a taxi , and they transfer you in another hotel in the city center , they show another hotel with only a few steps but you dont like the view....
Futhermore we offer to you another two options but you still you dont want anything ! But as far as we understood the basic problem was not the walking problem but the idea of your son that suddenly deside not to stay in the same room with you but to have another room , independed from the room of his mother ! And of cource in that case it is important to pay an extra charge which is absolutly logical .....
So, please next time write on the inernet correct information and dont give to the people wrong information about our office ! This is not fair !

Warning: DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! My adult son & I used this organisation to arrange travel through the Greek Islands in June 2015 : initially nice & friendly to your face and promise alot but when you have paid them and when things havent been done propely they are abusive, rude and unhelpful. They lied to our face about confirming arrangements and our requirements with bookings made by them only to find they in fact did not follow through. Stuff ups galore with us forced to incur extra costs on too what we had supposedly paid for! Please, please don't deal with these awful people. We had several things go wrong! As a paying customer you deserve better dignity & support.

Ivis Travel Agency totally screwed me over. They forgot to take all the info from my passport and didn't write down my phone # to contact me. I was forced to pay for the airplane ticket a second time with the agreement that they reimburse me. It has been over a month and they still haven't sent me the 832 Euros they owe me. Probably not going to send it either! They also forgot to arrange a vegan meal which I specifically requested and was I presented with a ham sandwich on a 9 hour flight. Totally irresponsible! Do not use this travel agency!
