We and a lobby full of folks waited over 1.5 hours for a car reserved 3 weeks prior. The automobile was scratched and dented and not the vehicle I had requested. The service staff was friendly but inept and offered no estimates of wait or apology. Oh and the $900.00 hold on my card was the coup de grace. Rent from a local Crete company.
