Where to begin? I joined the gym,overweight, under motivated and feeling every one of my nearly sixty years. I was made extremely welcome by the friendly staff and encouraged to join in with classes as well as having an individual programme. Five years on and eight kilos lighter I still love coming to the Palmos. Staff and fellow members are so friendly and helpful.It is like being part of a big family.I particularly enjoy the fact that all ages,shapes and abilities are encouraged to join in.
I think the gym offers excellent value for money especially if you are able to sign up for annual membership.There are a variety of classes on offer included in the membership price so there should be something to suit everyone. Come and join us. Jackie L

Ακόμα γελάω με τον αφελή "former client" που έγραψε την ψεύτικη κριτική... Ποσο αστείοι άνθρωποι υπάρχουν.. Όλη η πόλη γνωρίζει για την ποιοτική δουλειά των ανθρώπων εκεί... Και στα Αγγλικά; Σε λίγο θα βγάλει ο former client (χωρίς όνομα) και "κράχτες" στον δρόμο. Συνεχίστε παιδια την αξιοπρεπή δουλειά.. respect!

Terrible. I went there for having a look. The receptionists face almost fell asleep and I would see from her attitude that she was bothered to have a client coming.. "Oh no, work!" I asked for having a look and she found an instructor for me.
The gym instructor (male) came an showed me around for about 40 seconds. Seriously. He didnt explain anything and at the end of the walk aound the small gym he pointed at a door telling me to go through and I would find myself at the beginning. I was confused, went through and the instructor was gone. Vanished. Nowhere to be seen. Like a shadow.
I then asked the girl about prices. Superexpensive!! She would not give me a pre-printed list, only handwritten, so Im assuming its the higher "tourist" price although I am not a tourist.
I found another place which is much better, cheaper, even with sauna and with really really ABLE and friendly people working there

A very nice gym with kind and attentive staff. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Complete gym with variety of new and modern equipments. Very experienced group instructors. Would highly recommend.
