DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. My husband and I were given a car that developed a flat-tire on the main road at night. We called every number for roadside assistance and never had our phone call returned, we had to resort to changing the tire ourselves. When we called the location the next day the agent took the car then returned it to us with a new spare tie and reported that it was "good as new", when we refused to take the car with a spare tire they sent the agent to the resort where we were staying. The agent entered the resort and began screaming at me and my husband and attempting to extort money from us reporting that we had to pay for the tire and the full rental even if we refused to take it. The agent they placed credit card receipts in front of us, when we refused to sign the agent became belligerent and threatened us. I have never felt threatened in a foreign country until this experience. The agent processed the credit card receipts we refused to sign. The owner of the resort informed me that he will not coordinate Avis rental for guests due similar events in the past. I have traveled all over the world and this is the first time I have ever had someone attempt to extort money from me, and then threaten me when they were unsuccessful. The location was highly unprofessional and unethical in their business practices. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

Te dan un coche de categoría inferior y antiguo, el deposito de gasolina te lo dejan en reserva. En definitiva, un desastre.
