We had been at Naxos for 3 times and always rented a Buggy from Motofalcon. We never had any Problems and if there where some little troubles the owner always was struggling to help us. Even when we got lost on the road he came and picked us up (realy one of the most friendly people of the island).
I hope to come back very soon!

Glad we didn't read any online reviews before we went here as they were super friendly and even let us return the quad bike a little late (8.45pm). 👌🤗 We also hired pedal bikes the day before (make sure you ask for a soft seat!) Our 12hr quad trip was a breeze with no hiccups so can't comment on what would happen had there been a problem with the bike.

This is the best rental bike car in Naxos. The owner is so honest and so kind person. The price are very good and when we done a little accident broking the back light of one car, she assisted us in all insurance burocracy doesn't pretend to have e reimburse for a small damage of our quad. Go to Falcon and you will avoid trumps and whatever problem.

I wish I had read these negative reviews before I rented from Moto Falcon. My experience was very disappointing. The boss seems like a nice enough guy to have a drink with but I'd avoid doing business with him if I were you.
The quad I rented broke down shortly after I took it out due to a dead battery. The replacement quad that they gave me had problems starting that became so bad I had to leave it on the side of the road and I didn't use it all day. The boss's responses were "I'll give you a new one" or "you should have told me sooner". He refused to provide any refund for the inconvenience caused by his outdated, unreliable, and non-functioning equipment. Fortunately, I was close to my hotel both times the equipment completely failed. When I closed out my contract, I wrote on my copy of the receipt that the equipment broke down twice. So the boss then refused to sign the spot that he's supposed to sign acknowledging that the equipment was returned.
If you don't want to waste your vacation trading in defective equipment or potentially getting stranded far from your hotel, you should look for a rental shop with newer, reliable equipment and ethical management. I can see from the other reviews that the boss will probably come up with some excuse explaining how this wasn't his fault but I urge you to heed my warning and rent elsewhere.

Good scooters. Good renters. What a shame they give us the bikes with quasi no gas inside. At least they could have told us the closest service station. Instead of that we run out of gas. But greek are very helpful, and someone pick up us to the closest service station. Just be careful to that point.
